Can I pick up my order in Vancouver?
Yes. Local pickup is available in Metro Vancouver. Select the local pickup option at checkout, and we will contact you when your order is ready. Please wait until you receive a pickup confirmation before arriving. The pickup location and instructions will be provided after your order is confirmed.
What is your return policy?
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Shoes must be unworn, unmarked and returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included. We recommend trying shoes on indoors on a clean surface. Shoes that show signs of outdoor wear, court use, damage or missing packaging may not be accepted.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
How do Li-Ning shoes fit?
